Summary:
Field Vision is building a roster of senior, project-based integrated marketers who can operate as well-rounded GTM athletes. This role is for people who are comfortable flexing across marketing disciplines – from brand, to content, to growth – depending on what the client needs most. You will step into high-stakes client situations and deliver marketing plans that drive growth. Judgment, structure, and communication matter more than channel-level depth in any one area, as you will move fluidly between strategic and tactical matters.
What You Will Do:
Operate as a senior, fractional/project-based marketing lead for top consumer tech clients
Turn vague client challenges into clear marketing solutions
Design integrated marketing plans that span across phases, channels, and tactics
Author end-to-end GTM documents, creative and content briefs, and campaign plans
Design growth experiments, hypotheses, and measurement approaches to validate direction
Present work directly to clients and handle pushback live
Own workstreams independently, flexing across disciplines as needed
Partner tightly with internal client marketing teams Identify where lifecycle, onboarding, or retention mechanics can or should support GTM efforts
What We Look For:
5+ years experience marketing at consumer tech companies, start-ups, or agencies
Demonstrated range across multiple marketing disciplines
Strong strategic judgment under ambiguity
Ability to move fast, respond rapidly, and not lost the plot
Structured thinking and organization
Seasoned communicators; strong ability to present and influence
Comfort fielding questions from senior stakeholders and executives
Ability to work independently, seamlessly partner with client teams, and elevate the Field Vision brand
Bonus Points If:
You have worked in entertainment (sports, music)
You have worked in streaming (video, audio)
You have held both brand and growth roles in your career
You can write copy and have a strong creative eye
You are fluent in building AI workflows, tools, and agents
